- Combine soy sauce, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, water, and seasoned salt in a large covered bowl and set aside.
- Trim the meat to remove fat and slice into 1/8-inch thick strips.
- Mix the meat with the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
- Remove oven racks and preheat the oven to the lowest setting, between 150° and 175°.
- Spray oven racks with cooking spray and lay the meat strips directly on the racks.
- Place foil in the bottom of the oven to catch drips if desired.
- Place the racks with meat in the oven and leave the oven door cracked open to allow airflow.
- Dry the meat in the oven for 4 to 6 hours until fully dried.
