Delicious layered cookie bars combine chocolate, butterscotch, nuts, and coconut for a sweet, crunchy treat perfect for parties, snacks, or casual gatherings with rich flavors and textures.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cups butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup coconut or peanut butter chips
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
  2. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the melted butter.
  3. Layer chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped nuts, and coconut or peanut butter chips over the graham crackers.
  4. Drizzle Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk all over the top.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes at 350°F until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly, then cut into bars and serve.
