Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Grated Cheddar cheese
  • Corn tortillas
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a 10 x 10-inch casserole dish, line the bottom with ground beef.
  2. Layer corn tortillas over the beef.
  3. Spread Ranch Style beans over the tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Add another layer of corn tortillas.
  6. Spread cream of chicken soup evenly over the tortillas.
  7. Top with Ro-Tel tomatoes.
  8. Take a knife and poke in several places to release steam.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  10. Serve with your favorite salad and warm buttermilk flour tortillas.
