Easy Leftover Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • onion
  • green onion
  • red or green bell pepper
  • mushrooms
  • leftover meat

Instructions

  1. Chop all ingredients in amounts comparable to leftover rice. Saute. Reheat rice in microwave and add to sauteed ingredients. Scramble 2 eggs in separate pan.
  2. Add to rice. Add soy sauce to taste. Stir and serve immediately.
