Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Stove: Combine broth, onion, butter, raisins and salt in saucepan.
  2. Bring to a full boil.
  3. Stir in rice.
  4. Cover; remove from heat.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in almonds and parsley.
