Ingredients

  • 2 small cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 quart frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • coconut
  • nuts
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Butter a large sheet pan.
  2. Spread crushed pineapple evenly on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Add a layer of blueberries on top of the pineapple.
  4. Sprinkle sugar over the blueberries.
  5. Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix evenly over the blueberries and sugar.
  6. Pour melted margarine evenly over the cake mix.
  7. Sprinkle coconut and nuts on top of everything.
  8. Bake according to the directions on the cake mix box.
