Sweet caramel pecan rolls featuring toasted pecans and buttery biscuits, perfect as a warm breakfast treat or indulgent dessert for family gatherings or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecan halves or pieces
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 10 butter flavored biscuits

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In an 8 x 8 x 2-inch round pan, add margarine and brown sugar.
  3. Heat until melted.
  4. Add pecan halves or pieces in an even layer.
  5. Separate biscuits and roll the sides of each in cinnamon.
  6. Place biscuits in the pan, covering the pecans.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Immediately invert the pan onto a plate.
  9. Caution: the pan will be hot and juicy.
