Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 10 oz. package refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed pineapple, brown sugar, margarine, and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Spoon the mixture evenly into 10 greased cups of a 12-cup muffin pan.
  3. Place one biscuit in each cup on top of the pineapple mixture.
  4. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 10 minutes.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Invert the pan onto a plate to serve warm.
