- Combine crushed pineapple, brown sugar, margarine, and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into 10 greased cups of a 12-cup muffin pan.
- Place one biscuit in each cup on top of the pineapple mixture.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 10 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes.
- Invert the pan onto a plate to serve warm.
