Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 pkg. Pillsbury biscuits
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread the biscuits on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Spread sour cream evenly over the biscuits.
  3. Brown the hamburger with chopped onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drain the cooked hamburger mixture and pour over the sour cream layer.
  5. Add tomato sauce on top of the hamburger layer.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
