  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  3. Dust the pork chops with flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs, covering both sides.
  4. Fry the breaded pork chops in hot oil until they are brown and crispy on both sides.
  5. Place the fried chops in a roasting pan with water and put a pat of butter on top of each chop.
  6. Cover the pan and bake for about 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
