Ingredients

  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 large onion, cut up
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced like coins
  • 3 c. celery, including leaves, cut up
  • 1 qt. canned tomatoes
  • 1 pt. can sliced pickled beets
  • 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart pot and simmer for 1 hour.
