Tips & Substitutions

For a twist, consider adding shredded cheese or sautéed mushrooms inside the roulades. If you don't have golden mushroom soup, cream of mushroom or even a homemade mushroom sauce can work well. Adjust the seasoning to your liking, perhaps with garlic powder or herbs. Make sure to brown the beef well for added flavor.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the roulades over a bed of mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the delicious sauce. Pair with steamed green beans or a fresh salad for a complete meal. These savory roulades are also great for potlucks, making them a crowd-pleaser. Consider serving with Broiled Sandwiches for a hearty meal.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the roulades in a skillet over low heat with a splash of water or broth to keep them moist, covering with a lid. You can also microwave them, but be cautious to avoid drying them out.
