Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and peppers
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can Spanish rice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except cheese in a casserole dish.
  2. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven, top with cheese, and return until cheese melts.
