Ingredients

  • 10 medium potatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Peel (if desired) and slice or cube the potatoes.
  2. Mix potatoes, chopped green pepper, and chopped onion in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  3. Top with butter or margarine.
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper, or other preferred seasonings.
  5. Cover the pan with foil.
  6. Bake on the top rack of a gas grill until potatoes are tender, approximately 30 minutes.
