Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, cut up
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
  • 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange the cooked turkey in a greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  3. Top with the cooked and drained broccoli spears.
  4. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
  5. In a bowl, stir together the evaporated milk and cream of mushroom soup.
  6. Pour the milk and soup mixture over the cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with French fried onion rings and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
