Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 cups leftover stuffing or 1 (6 oz.) package chicken flavored stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chopped cooked turkey
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions if using packaged stuffing.
  2. Press the leftover or prepared stuffing into a 9-inch pie plate, forming a crust.
  3. Bake in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the evaporated milk, chopped turkey, and shredded Swiss cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the partially baked stuffing crust.
  6. Bake in the 400°F oven until the filling is set and lightly golden, about 25-30 minutes.
