Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups graham crackers
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Cool Whip
  • Pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Combine graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter, mixing well.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add brown sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  6. Fold in chopped pecans.
  7. Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
  8. Bake at 350°F for about 50-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Cool the cheesecake completely, then refrigerate.
  10. Top with Cool Whip and pecan halves before serving.
