Ingredients

  • 7 small tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp salt
  • 2 small bell peppers
  • hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 medium onions

Instructions

  1. Blend in a blender the first six ingredients: 7 small tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 1 small bunch cilantro, 1 to 2 Tbsp salt, and 2 small bell peppers.
  2. Chop and add to the mixture the remaining ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 2 medium onions (or a bunch of green onions), and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Squeeze in lemon juice to taste.
  4. Add 2 to 4 drops of hot pepper sauce for zest.
