- Blend in a blender the first six ingredients: 7 small tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 1 small bunch cilantro, 1 to 2 Tbsp salt, and 2 small bell peppers.
- Chop and add to the mixture the remaining ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 2 medium onions (or a bunch of green onions), and hot pepper sauce.
- Squeeze in lemon juice to taste.
- Add 2 to 4 drops of hot pepper sauce for zest.
