Ed'S Bourbon Balls

Instructions
- Place chopped pecans in a glass bowl and cover with bourbon whiskey. Let stand overnight.
- Melt butter and combine with confectioners sugar and pecan/bourbon mixture.
- Mix with a wooden spoon until well combined.
- Let batter cool for 1 hour to overnight.
- Roll the cooled mixture into small balls.
- Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour or in freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the dipping chocolate and keep it at minimum heat.
- Using toothpicks, dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place onto wax paper to set.
