- Cook noodles until tender-firm, then drain thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients: vanilla, cooked noodles, vegetable oil, beaten eggs, white raisins, light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, salt, and grated apple.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 14-inch Pyrex baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for about 35 minutes until well browned.
- Serve as a side dish or dessert.
