Ingredients

  • 3 lb. beef
  • 3 lb. pork
  • 3 lb. chicken
  • 3 medium onions
  • 3 large cans cream-style corn
  • 3 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 1 lb. margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • hot pepper if desired

Instructions

  1. Boil the beef, pork, and chicken together until tender.
  2. Cool the meats and remove them from the bones.
  3. Save the meat broth.
  4. Grind the meat with onions using a coarse blade on a food chopper.
  5. Add the corn, tomatoes, butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Simmer the mixture for 3 to 4 hours.
  7. Gradually add meat stock after skimming off the fat.
