Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 5 slices American cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent dinner rolls and separate into triangles.
  3. Arrange the dough triangles in a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust, pressing edges together and flute the edge.
  4. Sprinkle fried and crumbled bacon over the bottom of the crust.
  5. Top with sliced tomatoes, then place slices of American cheese over the tomatoes.
