Egg Bake Dinner
Ingredients
- 8 hard-boiled eggs, chilled and peeled ⓘ
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard ⓘ
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can frozen cream of shrimp soup ⓘ
- 1/2 c. grated mild American cheese ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained ⓘ
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter ⓘ
Instructions
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks to a bowl and set the whites aside.
- Mash the yolks until they are the consistency of coarse corn meal.
- Add the mayonnaise, salt, curry and mustard.
- Mix all together well.
