Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3/4 lb of shredded cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Tsp of Dry Mustard
  • Bacon or Sausage or Green Peppers, etc

Instructions

  1. Grease the bottom of a 9x13 pan
  2. Remove the crust from the bread
  3. Layer the bread to the bottom of the pan
  4. Layer the cheese on top of the bread
  5. Pour the egg mixture on top of the cheese
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
