Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 pkg flour tortillas
  • 1/2 pt hot sauce
  • 1 can chili without beans
  • 1 can nacho cheese soup
  • 1 can green chili peppers
  • 1 pkg shredded Colby cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet.
  2. Add refried beans to the hamburger and mix well.
  3. In another pan, combine soup, chili, green chili peppers, and hot sauce; heat thoroughly.
  4. Take 1/2 cup of the gravy mixture and add it to the hamburger and bean mixture.
  5. Fill flour tortillas with the meat and bean mixture, add shredded cheese, and roll up.
  6. Place the filled tortillas in a casserole dish.
  7. Pour the remaining gravy over the top of the assembled tortillas.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake at 350°F until cheese melts and casserole is heated through.
