Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. whole milk
  • dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Slightly beat the eggs.
  2. Combine the eggs with sugar and add flour to the mixture.
  3. Add milk, vanilla extract, and a dash of nutmeg to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and dot with slices of butter.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until set and golden.
