Ingredients

  • 2 bags frozen broccoli or cauliflower
  • 6 eggs
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • minced onion
  • 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 stick butter or oleo

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  2. Thoroughly mix the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add shredded Mozzarella cheese and seasonings such as garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Defrost the frozen vegetables and drain excess moisture.
  5. Add the drained vegetables to the mixture and stir well.
  6. Add flour to the mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 45 minutes until the top is browned and the middle is firm.
