Egg Dinner Rolls

- In large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of flour and yeast; set aside.
- In medium saucepan, heat: stir the milk, sugar, margarine or butter and salt just until warm (120° to 130°) and margarine almost melts.
- Add to flour mixture, then add 3 egg yolks.
- Beat with electric mixer on low to medium speed for 30 seconds, scraping the sides of the bowl.
- Beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
- Stir in as much of remaining flour as you can.
- On lightly floured surface, knead in enough of remaining flour to make moderately stiff dough.
- Shape into a ball.
- Place in a greased bowl; turn once.
- Cover, let rise until double, about 1 hour.
- Punch down dough.
- Turn onto lightly floured surface. Divide in half.
- Then divide each half into 12 pieces.
- Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
