Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated sharp cheese
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

Instructions

  1. Whip eggs lightly.
  2. Dot the pan with margarine.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese on the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add cooked bacon on top of the cheese.
  5. Combine salt and pepper, mustard, and half and half.
  6. Pour half of this mixture over the cheese and bacon.
  7. Add the beaten eggs over the mixture.
  8. Pour the remaining half and half mixture with spices over the eggs.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until set, about 40 minutes.
