Ingredients

  • 1 gallon milk
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 12 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 6 tablespoons rum flavoring
  • 4 tablespoons brandy flavoring
  • 1 quart commercial egg nog
  • nutmeg
  • 24 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until lemon colored.
  2. Add milk and flavorings and beat well.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the first mixture.
  4. Add commercial egg nog and stir.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg, chill, and serve.
