Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a blender, mix all ingredients well.
  3. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in an oblong casserole dish or pie pan.
  4. Pour the batter into the dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with warm syrup.
