Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup snipped parsley
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions
