Ingredients

  • 16 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls (2 tubes of 8)
  • 3/4 cup salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 16 oz. cream cheese (2 packages)
  • 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 3/4 cup chopped green peppers (optional)
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion (optional)
  • 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup chopped broccoli
  • 3/4 cup chopped carrots
  • 3/4 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup chopped zucchini
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cover the bottom of an 11 x 17-inch cookie sheet with sheets of crescent roll dough, patting and stretching to fit.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 7 to 8 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine salad dressing, sour cream, and dressing mix.
  4. Spread the mixture over the partially baked crust.
  5. Combine chopped vegetables and toss to mix.
  6. Distribute the vegetables evenly over the cheese mixture on the crust.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and press the vegetables into the cheese.
  9. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
  10. Cut into small bars and serve.
