Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet.
  2. Fry potatoes in the same skillet until golden.
  3. Mix eggs and shredded cheese in a bowl.
  4. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the cooked potatoes and sausage without stirring.
  5. Cover and cook on medium/low heat until eggs are set.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
