Ingredients

  • 12 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup dried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a quiche pan.
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, Bisquick, milk, and dried onions; blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in crumbled bacon and shredded mozzarella cheese into the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared quiche pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes until set and golden.
