  • 2 lb. hamburger

  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 2 tsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Saute the onions in 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. Add the hamburger; fry and drain.
  3. In a large pot, add the onions and hamburger mixture.
  4. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 to 2 hours or all day.
