Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 onion slice
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 large dill pickle or sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop the hard-boiled eggs and place them into a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add chopped onion, mayonnaise, diced dill pickle or sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, salt, mustard, paprika, and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients well until evenly combined.
  4. If a thinner consistency is desired, increase mayonnaise up to 3 1/2 tablespoons before serving.
