Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. instant onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix powdered mustard with about 1/2 teaspoon of warm water.
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  4. If you prefer a softer spread, add a bit more mayonnaise.
