Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Place eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper in a covered jar and shake well.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
  3. Coat the skillet with the melted butter.
  4. Pour the egg-cheese mixture into the hot skillet. Cook over medium heat without stirring.
  5. Turn the eggs with a spatula when they begin to firm on the bottom.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until the eggs are firm.
  7. Serve warm.
