Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Drain thoroughly.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add onion, celery and green pepper.
- Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
- Blend in flour and seasonings.
- Add milk and stir until thickened.
- Dice two of the eggs into the sauce.
- Pile spaghetti on hot platter.
- Top with hot sauce.
- Slice remaining eggs over sauce.
