Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 4 oz. Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. mild Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the chicken breasts and set aside.
  3. In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, empty the can of cream of celery soup.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cans of water, salt, and pepper to the soup.
  5. Mix well to combine.
  6. Stir in the stuffing mix until evenly distributed in the dish.
  7. Add only the broccoli heads to the mixture.
  8. Place the chicken breasts on top of the mixture.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  10. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
  11. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
