- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean the chicken breasts and set aside.
- In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, empty the can of cream of celery soup.
- Add 1 1/2 cans of water, salt, and pepper to the soup.
- Mix well to combine.
- Stir in the stuffing mix until evenly distributed in the dish.
- Add only the broccoli heads to the mixture.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the mixture.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F for 50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
