Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 3 1/2 c. tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef; drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, corn, cubed Velveeta, water, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 to 35 minutes.
