Ingredients

  • 4 or more chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 to 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 onion, chopped and sautéed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken and grated cheese.
  2. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 30 minutes.
  4. During the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle grated cheese over the top and continue baking until cheese is melted.
