Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup saltine crumbs
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (diced in small squares)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Pour into a vegetable oil sprayed casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes.
