Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • paprika
  • 1 c. milk
  • dash of red pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients: cornstarch or flour, sugar, salt, and red pepper.
  2. Add the dry mixture to the can of cream-style corn and stir well.
  3. Stir in the beaten eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Pour into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake until set and golden on top.
