- Brown the ground chuck in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Add spaghetti sauce and oregano to the skillet; heat until warm.
- Spread 8 ounces of sauce on the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch (or similar size) pan.
- Layer uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread a portion of cottage cheese over the noodles.
- Add slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers: sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan until ingredients are used up, ending with cheeses on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
