Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • garlic powder
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can hominy
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • corn chips

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger, onion, and garlic powder together in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Mix the cooked meat with the tomato sauce, hominy, chili beans, Ro-Tel, chili powder, taco seasoning, and Hidden Valley Ranch in a slow cooker.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve the stew in bowls, topped with corn chips and cheese.
