Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • chopped pecans
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water and stir in cherry pie filling.
  2. Pour the raspberry Jell-O mixture into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish and chill until set.
  3. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
  4. Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise, then gradually add the lemon Jell-O mixture.
  5. Stir in pineapple and fold in Cool Whip.
  6. Pour the lemon Jell-O mixture over the set raspberry Jell-O layer and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  7. Chill until ready to serve.
  8. Cut into squares to serve.
