  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In another skillet, brown the hamburger, then add sugar and vinegar; cook until well combined.
  3. Add the browned hamburger mixture to the cabbage and tomato mixture and simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve hot over mashed potatoes or your preferred side.
