Ingredients

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak bread crumbs in milk for 15 minutes.
  2. Melt butter and add cheese until melted.
  3. Add bread crumbs, slightly beaten eggs, salt, and cayenne pepper to the melted cheese mixture.
  4. Cook the mixture for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture over toast or crackers and serve.
